Grounded Expertise, Human Connection
I’m a licensed psychologist with over four years of experience working for the State of California and several years in private practice. My work centers on high-functioning adults—often professionals in tech—who are navigating trauma, anxiety, depression, and personality challenges. I approach therapy with curiosity, care, and a deep belief in each person’s capacity for growth.
My Clinical Approach
Rooted in psychodynamic, relational, and attachment-based frameworks, my therapeutic style is warm, engaged, and insight-oriented. I tailor treatment to each individual, integrating traditional talk therapy with somatic awareness and emerging modalities to support long-term emotional change and personal clarity.
Specialized Psychological Assessment
In addition to psychotherapy, I have extensive experience in psychological assessment and diagnostics. My assessment work includes evaluating mood and personality disorders, attentional difficulties, trauma-related symptoms, and diagnostic clarification for individuals seeking greater insight or treatment direction. I offer comprehensive written reports and feedback sessions that are practical, collaborative, and aimed at helping clients make informed decisions about their mental health and life path.
Innovative Modalities
To meet the evolving needs of my clients, I offer Ketamine-Assisted Psychotherapy (KAP)—a promising treatment for individuals experiencing treatment-resistant anxiety, depression, or trauma. KAP sessions are structured, intentional, and held in a safe, supportive environment, with preparation and integration support throughout.
I also offer animal-assisted therapy, with my certified co-therapist Babe—a calm and intuitive 10-year-old German Shepherd. Babe has supported individuals with a wide range of psychological challenges and brings a comforting, grounded presence to the therapy room at no additional cost.
Who I Work With
Many of my clients are driven, insightful, and successful—and are also quietly struggling. They may be dealing with imposter syndrome, burnout, unresolved trauma, or relational patterns that no longer serve them. I specialize in helping people understand the “why” behind their patterns and begin to create meaningful, lasting shifts in their emotional lives.
Why I Do This Work
I believe therapy should be a space where people feel deeply seen, gently challenged, and genuinely supported. Whether through psychotherapy or assessment, my work is centered on helping people know themselves more fully and live with greater agency, alignment, and peace.
